TY trip to An Ghaeltacht
A reminder to ALL TY students attending the Gaeltacht trip:
- The bus is leaving St. Peters College at 9 am SHARP on the Thursday.
- You must be in the senior Gannon area for registration at 8.50 am with your bag and a sleeping bag/blanket – NO need to buy anything new, just borrow or find something at home you can bring.
- Classes in Rathcairn are Thursday 10am–1pm
- You will then have a lunch break–YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN LUNCH WITH YOU for Thursday.
- For the trip to Causey, you must have OLD CLOTHES, OLD SHOES, a plastic bag and an OLD towel, your clothes will get destroyed if you do the bog jumping.
- You will then have dinner in your houses and get ready for the Céilí.
- Friday morning your breakfast is supplied and then you will have some fun classes.
- We will leave Rathcairn at 12pm. We will stop for lunch on the way home so bring a small amount of pocket money. We will return to school by 3pm Friday.
- PLEASE remember that this is a school trip, and all school rules apply.
